Just a quick intro, my name is Amy, and I created this blog back in August 2018 as a way to openly express my emotions. What started as an online journal, soon became a lifestyle. On the blog I like to share stories, experiences, my day to day life and self care tips and routines. As I often put it, this blog is not about mental health, but rather for it. A way to escape from reality, if only for a minute.
Creating Daisies and Bruises gave me a sense of purpose, a reason to carry on fighting. I hope you find peace in this blog, as I have in making it.
